Many people think that we humans can bend nature to our will and consider man-made visual art higher than nature ……
Karel and I have never entered into competition with nature but have entered into a ‘dialogue’.
Forming a bosai tree is a good example of this.
We have always ‘read’ the trees first to find out what the strength and possibilities are but in the end the tree does what it wants.
